About the Role
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing for Workday enhancements, configuration updates, and new functionality. • Support HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams by identifying issues, logging defects, and validating fixes. • Assist in preparing test scripts, documentation, and system walk‑throughs. • Monitor Workday inboxes, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate as required. • Maintain high standards of data quality across all Workday modules. • Provide day‑to‑day coordination support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding). • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and documentation. • Coordinate HR inbox queries and ensure timely issue resolution. • Support cyclical HR activities, including performance, remuneration, and engagement processes.

What You Bring
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting our HR operations, with a strong focus on Workday system testing, troubleshooting, data accuracy, and process optimisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR coordination experience who has a passion for systems, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional employee experience. • 1–3 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or People Operations role. • Experience using Workday (essential). • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with systems and data. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
