Business Process Manager
Lead customer data setup, manage BPO, ensure data quality, controls, and improvement.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include owning and optimizing the customer data setup process (new requests, amendments, validations, approvals, and governance), establishing SOPs, controls, and RACI matrices, setting clear team goals, monitoring performance, and driving operational results. The manager leads day‑to‑day operations, manages work intake, prioritization, escalations, stakeholder communications, and oversees BPO performance through KPIs, quality audits, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action plans, while coordinating regular operational reviews and partnership governance. The role ensures master data accuracy and compliance with segregation of duties, approvals, and documentation, identifies risks to downstream processes such as credit, billing, collections, and reporting, and implements mitigation actions. It drives productivity and quality improvements through coaching, training, and standardization, leads Lean and continuous‑improvement initiatives, partners with IT, Finance, Sales Ops, Credit & Collections, Compliance, and other stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions, and oversees EDI process governance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s/MBA a plus) and have 5–8+ years of experience in financial operations, process management, audit, master data/customer onboarding, shared services, or BPO environments. Proven leadership, cross‑functional influence, strong analytical skills, knowledge of customer master data concepts and SAP S/4, and the ability to solve ambiguous operational problems are required, along with work authorization for the United States.
