About the Role
You will develop and implement sourcing strategies for multiple sites, support India Bravo adoption, and manage vendor registration processes. Responsibilities include overseeing Bravo usage on projects, creating presentations on procurement goals, and working with project and cost management teams on procurement and cost‑benchmarking matters. As a domain expert, you will gather and maintain data to set targets and identify improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing procurement strategies for the Central Procurement Team in India, leading RFPs, performing bid analysis, negotiating contracts and preparing recommendations. You will liaise with internal stakeholders for approvals, report savings, manage supplier performance, ensure compliance with JLL policies and regulations, and support e‑procurement tools. Additionally, you will produce high‑quality papers, presentations and reports, drive Bravo adoption and training, and maintain procurement governance. • Provide procurement advice and guidance to Indian stakeholders as a subject matter expert. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple sites and categories. • Lead RFP processes, perform bid analysis, negotiate contracts, and present recommendations. • Collaborate with project, cost management, and central procurement teams to ensure compliance and cost benchmarking. • Drive Bravo platform adoption, training, and governance for distributed PDS teams. • Manage supplier relationships, performance tracking, and procurement governance. • Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with JLL policies, regulations, and standards.

What You Bring
The Procurement Lead / Assistant Procurement Lead for PDS, Work Dynamics engages with internal and external stakeholders across the organization, requiring strong rapport, communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in written and oral English is essential, and with relevant category knowledge you will act as a subject‑matter expert providing procurement advice to stakeholders in India while collaborating with regional and global teams. The role requires three to six years of hands‑on procurement experience covering supplier marketplaces, spend categories and sourcing technology. Effective communication in English, superior people skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems, and strong numeracy and analytical abilities are essential. You must be able to analyze numbers to create optimal cost models and solutions that meet business objectives. • 3–6 years of procurement experience covering supplier marketplace, spend categories, and sourcing technology. • Strong written and oral English communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and procurement systems. • Strong numeracy and analytical abilities to develop cost models. • Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
