About the Role

The Global Product Marketing Manager will lead go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and lifecycle marketing for the Portables, Vehicle Systems, Restaurant Systems, and Portable Extinguisher product lines, driving global growth, market share, and customer engagement across diverse verticals. • Support on‑the‑job and cross‑training opportunities. • Foster an encouraging, collaborative team environment. • Develop and execute global product marketing strategies aligned with business goals and regional needs. • Define value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning for each product line. • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions using market insights. • Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product launches and enhancements. • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales enablement, and training teams to ensure consistent messaging. • Create sales tools, playbooks, and content to support channel partners and direct sales. • Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and voice‑of‑customer research. • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in fire suppression. • Define KPIs and track performance of marketing initiatives, optimizing ROI. • Support demand generation and lead nurturing in partnership with digital and regional teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 7 years B2B product marketing experience, preferably in fire protection or safety systems. • Proven success in global or multi‑regional marketing roles. • Strong understanding of fire suppression ecosystem and regulatory landscape. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority. • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferred). • Familiarity with indirect sales channels and distributor marketing. • MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
