About the Role
The manager will own strategy, execution, and results for sales, canvassing, call‑center, and installation hiring, ensuring consistency, strong analytics, and shared best practices across markets. The position requires up to 25% travel and regular in‑market engagement. • Define and execute divisional recruiting strategy aligned with growth plans, labor forecasts, and seasonal demand. • Partner with operations, sales, and installation leaders to forecast hiring needs and create proactive workforce plans. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, driving hiring velocity, quality, and candidate experience. • Provide performance coaching, career development, and capability building for the recruiting team. • Champion inclusive, efficient, and candidate‑centric recruiting practices. • Build sustainable pipelines for design consultants, call‑center agents, installers, and production teams using job boards, referrals, trade schools, and local partnerships. • Collaborate with TA Operations and Marketing to launch sourcing campaigns and measure channel ROI. • Track and improve recruiting KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate experience. • Utilize ASHBY ATS and analytics tools to ensure data accuracy and generate actionable reports. • Analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements. • Present insights and performance updates to TA leadership, HRBPs, and divisional executives.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading high‑volume or field recruiting teams, a data‑driven mindset, strong business partnership skills, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
