About the Role

The Inventory Associate will receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, components, supplies, and tools, while compiling and maintaining stock records in our ERP system. Responsibilities include counting, sorting, weighing, verifying incoming and outgoing items, reconciling discrepancies, issuing materials per job Bill of Materials, organizing items in bins or shelves, and generating usage reports and depleted‑item lists. The role requires forklift training and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. • Receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, components, supplies, and tools. • Compile and maintain inventory records in the ERP system, including counts and verification. • Count, sort, weigh, and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and records. • Issue materials according to job Bill of Materials and organize items in bins or shelves. • Generate stock usage reports and prepare lists of depleted items.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high‑school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of inventory experience; manufacturing exposure and forklift experience are a plus. Strong organizational, computer, mathematical, and analytical skills are essential, along with professional verbal and written communication. The position demands effective communication, solid interpersonal skills, sound decision‑making, analytical problem‑solving, multitasking, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, especially under fast‑paced, high‑pressure conditions.
