About the Role
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining organized inventory records, and ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. • Receive and verify incoming shipments, inspecting for damage or discrepancies. • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and track stock levels. • Transport, store, and categorize goods within the warehouse. • Accurately pick, pack, and label products for order fulfillment. • Load and unload trucks, stacking materials safely and efficiently. • Conduct regular inventory counts and report any shortages. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely. • Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions. • Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with standards. • Keep the work area clean, hazard‑free, and use required PPE. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. • Communicate issues promptly and follow company safety and conduct policies.

What You Bring
Candidates should have prior warehouse or logistics experience, basic computer skills for inventory tracking, strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities, and must be able to lift up to 50 lb and work in physically demanding conditions such as varying weather, noise, and forklift traffic.
