About the Role
The lead will deliver quality‑driven processes, maintain compliance, enhance team engagement and develop capabilities through coaching, training and effective workload management. The aim is to ensure operational excellence and a positive employment experience for staff. • Lead workforce planning and engagement for the Industrial & Energy East portfolio. • Oversee resourcing and compliance for the casual workforce. • Coach and train team members to build capabilities and manage workload. • Ensure adherence to workforce eligibility and scheduling best practices. • Conduct data analysis and generate reports for decision‑making. • Participate in health, wellbeing and career progression programs.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience) and has at least three years of experience in workforce planning, compliance or resourcing, preferably within construction, industrial or utilities sectors. Required skills include strong knowledge of compliance and workforce eligibility, data analysis and reporting, scheduling best practices, and excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities. Personal attributes sought are collaboration, high organisation, continuous improvement focus and strong interpersonal skills. • Minimum three years experience in workforce planning, preferably in construction, industrial or utilities. • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and organisational skills. • Exhibit collaborative, highly organised and continuous‑improvement mindset.
