About the Role
The Lead Scientist will guide consumer testing initiatives, overseeing study design, execution, monitoring, and reporting while partnering with R&D, Product Safety, Legal, Regulatory, vendors, and fieldwork services. You will mentor team members, ensure compliance with ethical standards, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. • Own end‑to‑end consumer testing studies, including design, regulatory paperwork, consent, execution, and close‑out. • Train and coordinate study assistants or site staff to ensure flawless execution. • Monitor, document, and manage deviations, adverse events, and incident reporting. • Serve as primary liaison for study logistics, documentation, and stakeholder communication across business units. • Produce interpretive reports with actionable recommendations and present findings in key meetings. • Ensure study data management and reporting in approved systems throughout the study lifecycle. • Partner with R&D, Product Safety, Legal, Regulatory, vendors, and fieldwork services for integrated planning and compliance. • Design consumer testing protocols, assess risks, and protect participant health, safety, and data privacy. • Mentor team members and stakeholders on responsible research conduct and continuous improvement.
