About the Role

The Leasing Manager for a multifamily dual‑site community leads on‑site leasing operations and directs the sales efforts of the property. This role provides exceptional service to current residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and the corporate management team while also taking an active part in external marketing and advertising of vacancies. The manager is accountable for completing lease and renewal paperwork, maintaining accurate leasing records, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. They oversee unit walkthroughs, ensure renter’s insurance compliance, manage online advertising, and handle work order tracking. In addition, they develop marketing plans, design leasing incentives, and monitor revenue management compliance. • Complete lease and renewal paperwork in compliance with company standards. • Explain lease terms to residents and applicants. • Enter leasing activity data into tracking system and generate regular reports. • Conduct unit walkthroughs before showings and resident move‑in. • Review, audit, and maintain leasing files and renter’s insurance compliance. • Track and update online advertising daily; evaluate advertising performance. • Train, develop, and coach leasing staff, set goals, and monitor performance. • Design and implement marketing plans, leasing strategies, and incentive contests. • Maintain resident and office files with accurate documentation. • Monitor month‑to‑month leases, ensure compliance, and manage lease expiration matrix. • Oversee work order activity, follow‑up calls, and ensure timely completion. • Ensure compliance with revenue management system and participate in weekly calls. • Provide professional customer service to residents, applicants, vendors, and corporate team.

What You Bring

The position operates in a professional office setting with standard equipment and requires regular travel between properties, often in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include climbing stairs, lifting up to 20 pounds, and remaining seated or standing for the majority of the workday, with up to 10 % travel time. • Possess a valid real‑estate license and at least 3 years leasing experience, including 1 year of management. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and demonstrate strong communication and organization skills.
