About the Role
• Develop and maintain 3D HVAC BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools. • Coordinate MEP systems and perform clash detection with cross‑functional teams. • Produce detailed shop drawings and construction documents for HVAC installations. • Conduct energy analyses and simulations to optimize system performance. • Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications. • Provide technical expertise on BIM and HVAC during project meetings. • Improve BIM processes and standards across the organization. • Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices for HVAC design.

What You Bring
We are seeking a detail‑oriented BIM Specialist – HVAC for our Gurgaon office. In this role you will create and manage 3D BIM models for HVAC systems, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure accurate design documentation and performance optimization. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering, has 3‑5 years of BIM experience, and is proficient with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools. Strong knowledge of HVAC design, energy analysis, MEP coordination, and building codes is essential, along with BIM certification preferred. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or related engineering discipline. • Possess 3–5 years of BIM experience focused on HVAC systems. • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools. • Strong knowledge of HVAC design, modeling, and energy analysis. • Expertise in MEP coordination and clash detection. • Familiar with building codes, sustainable design principles, and industry standards. • BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred. • Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
