About the Role
In this role you will execute the annual operating plan by increasing route averages and recruiting new distributors. You will provide hands‑on coaching through 3‑4 day weekly ride‑along visits, deliver two‑week onboarding training for new franchisees, and lead monthly Field Excellence Meetings. Additional duties include managing regional credits, conducting route surveys, and supporting student tech shows. • Achieve annual operating plan by increasing route averages and recruiting new distributors. • Conduct 3‑4 day weekly “truck‑ride‑along” coaching visits with distributors. • Deliver two‑week onboarding training for new franchisees and new starts. • Lead monthly Field Excellence Meetings across the district. • Perform route surveys for new starts and as requested by regional management. • Manage regional credits, adjustments, and participate in student tech shows.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with at least five years of route or field sales experience in the mobile‑tool industry and a minimum of two years of management experience overseeing multiple sales professionals. Successful applicants demonstrate strong organizational, time‑management and relationship‑building skills, have knowledge of the local automotive repair market, and have a history of recruiting and mentoring small business owners. Travel up to 80 % of the time, including two‑week assignments, and the ability to lift more than 10 lb are required, as is willingness to reside in the territory. • Minimum 5 years route/field sales experience in mobile tool industry. • At least 2 years managing multiple field sales professionals. • Proven track record recruiting new talent and building distributor relationships. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and business‑acumen skills. • Knowledge of the local automotive repair market and experience coaching small business owners. • Willingness to travel up to 80% (including two‑week trips) and reside in the territory. • Ability to lift over 10 lb and perform bending, twisting, pushing.
