About the Role
Responsibilities include overseeing cost, schedule, and performance for multiple projects, managing profit and loss and resource allocation, leading the Digital Materiel Management team, developing growth plans to expand the customer base and revenue, and contributing to strategic planning for the $100 M, 350‑person AFA OU. The role works in a collaborative environment, leverages KBR’s capabilities across organizations, and builds strong relationships with functional leaders to deliver value to existing and new customers. Travel is minimal (0‑20 %) and the position is based in Dayton, Ohio. • Oversee cost, schedule, and performance across multiple projects to maximize customer value. • Manage profit and loss, staffing, and resource allocation, driving performance improvements. • Lead the Digital Materiel Management team to create innovative digital transformation solutions. • Develop and execute growth plans to expand the customer base, revenue, and profitability. • Contribute to strategic planning for a $100M, 350‑person AFA OU. • Collaborate with KBR functional leaders to leverage capabilities and deliver value. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with policies and oversee financial activities.

What You Bring
The manager sets goals, conducts business development, oversees project execution, enforces policies, and manages financial activities. Success requires business acumen, leadership, customer relationship expertise, and strong analytical problem‑solving skills. Required qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or aerospace and at least 12 years of DoD acquisition experience, recent support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, active Top Secret clearance, and excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership skills. Desired qualifications include a master’s degree, 15 + years of DoD acquisition experience, team‑leadership experience, system‑engineer background, and proven proposal and capture success. • Required: Bachelor’s degree (business/engineering/aerospace), 12+ years DoD acquisition experience, recent AFLCMC support, active Top Secret clearance, strong communication and leadership skills. • Desired: Master’s degree, 15+ years DoD acquisition experience, 5+ years leading acquisition teams, system‑engineer background, proven capture and proposal leadership.
