About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will produce materials that tell the firm’s story, strengthen its brand, and help win new work while learning and growing within the company’s marketing and business development framework. Responsibilities include coordinating the development of collateral, writing and editing project narratives, maintaining marketing databases, and preparing graphics that meet brand guidelines. Success in the role requires creativity, organization, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Gather information, format content, proofread, and ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements. • Develop marketing materials and collateral (statements of qualifications, presentations, brochures) with project managers, technical staff, and subconsultants. • Write, edit, and proofread project narratives, staff resumes, and cover letters tailored to client requirements and brand standards. • Create and maintain marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, award submissions, and case studies. • Update pursuit information and marketing databases (e.g., CRM/Unanet) with accurate project and opportunity data. • Collaborate with marketing staff to apply best practices, file management systems, and submission procedures. • Identify potential RFP/RFQ opportunities via procurement websites and industry sources. • Prepare graphics and visual layouts for proposals and presentations, ensuring brand consistency.

What You Bring

Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit and marketing efforts by preparing qualification packages, proposals, and marketing materials. The role works closely with marketing, business development, and technical staff to ensure timely, accurate, and visually consistent submissions that reflect the firm’s brand and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, deadline‑driven environment. • Demonstrate understanding of client needs and market trends in the A/E/C industry. • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field. • 1+ year of new business proposal writing experience, preferably in A/E/C or professional services; alternatively 3‑5 years related experience. • Basic understanding of A/E/C marketing principles, proposal processes, and client‑focused communication. • Strong initiative, curiosity, and desire to learn within a collaborative team. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Effective collaboration and communication with marketing, technical, and business development staff. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite preferred (InDesign strongly preferred). • Experience with CRM (Unanet) or other database tools is a plus.
