• Create a Data Dictionary for existing Power BI dashboards. • Assist in dashboard design and optimization to improve functionality. • Conduct initial audits of calls placed by 511 operators. • Develop unit tests to partially automate the audit process. • Shadow the Operations Quality Manager and observe TMC workflows.

What You Bring
