• Create a Data Dictionary for existing Power BI dashboards. • Assist in dashboard design and optimization to improve functionality. • Conduct initial audits of calls placed by 511 operators. • Develop unit tests to partially automate the audit process. • Shadow the Operations Quality Manager and observe TMC workflows.

What You Bring
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field (minimum 1 year completed). • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. • Self‑starter able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
