Cleaner, Part Time- Weekends Only

About the Role

The Cleaner works part‑time on weekends under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor at C&W Services. The role follows the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. Daily duties include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, using both light and heavy commercial buffers and shampoo machines, and vacuuming rugs in offices and public areas. The Cleaner also dusts furniture, exhibits, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and performs high‑dusting, as well as cleaning interior windows, glass, and trim. Bathroom sanitation, trash collection, liner replacement, and snow removal from entrances and walkways are also required, with periodic tasks such as leather polishing and wall washing. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines • Vacuum rugs and carpets in offices and public areas • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, and light fixtures • Clean interior windows, glass, door trim, and spot‑clean walls daily • Sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and monitor fixtures for defects • Collect and dispose of building trash, replace liners in waste containers • Shovel or sweep snow from building entrances and walkways as directed • Perform periodic high‑dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing

What You Bring

No prior cleaning experience is required, but the candidate must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as part of a team. Ability to operate cleaning tools—including backpack‑style vacuums—and a strong attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance are essential. Benefits

Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with the company guaranteeing at least minimum wage and offering competitive pay based on location, experience, and collective bargaining status.
