About the Role

• Collaborate with team lead and client to establish program best practices and ensure delivery • Oversee renovations and monitor new store construction progress by team members • Engage clients early in the design phase and manage owner‑supplied material orders and tracking • Control project schedules, align stakeholders, and maintain an up‑to‑date Anticipated Costs Report • Lead weekly program calls for active projects and participate in project‑specific meetings • Track value‑add initiatives, innovations, and change orders • Support client with organizational and process design improvements • Provide input on resource allocation and budget utilization • Mentor JLL and client employees to promote a unified delivery process • Exercise judgement to adjust project courses in response to stakeholder needs • Compliance with JLL policies, including ethics and business practices, and support AGM targets regionally and nationally

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have experience in restaurant project management or construction management and the ability to engage diverse working groups, inspire ideas, and deliver high‑quality retail stores on‑time and under‑budget while adding value and driving process improvements. The position is remote, covering locations such as Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; and Washington, DC. It does not provide visa sponsorship, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field required • 7–12 years of relevant experience with deep retail construction management expertise • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong analytical abilities • Flexibility to travel up to 50% and adapt work hours as needed • Outstanding interpersonal and written/ verbal communication skills for interaction with architects, contractors, and client representatives
