About the Role

The Lifecycle Program Manager will oversee equipment upgrades across North America, aligning initiatives with Carrier’s Aftermarket Lifecycle strategy. The role blends strategic goal setting, digital insight, and proactive market engagement to support sales teams and ensure successful project execution. Close collaboration with Sales Managers, Area Managers, Solution Development Engineers, and Sellers is essential to achieve growth objectives. • Set and execute market‑level goals, track adoption rates, and adjust strategies to meet growth targets. • Maintain a comprehensive opportunity target list and use Salesforce to monitor pipeline and sales performance. • Collaborate with marketing and engineering to create sales tools and provide direct support for equipment replacement projects. • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to enhance BUR growth and profitability, delivering monthly and quarterly performance reports. • Communicate objectives and outcomes to leadership, fostering accountability and innovation.

What You Bring

• Required: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) or 5+ years in Business Development/Sales Operations, preferably in commercial HVAC. • Proficient in service‑management software, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and data analytics; proven large‑scale program leadership. • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and Microsoft Suite skills; ability to coordinate multi‑market initiatives. • Willingness to travel 25%‑50% of the time. • Core competencies: strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, customer‑centric mindset, problem‑solving, adaptability.
