About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. • Attend the property daily and show, qualify, tour, and lease prospective residents. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close leases. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Update prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet or exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and handle resident complaints, concerns, and service requests to ensure satisfaction. • Assist in creating and executing resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Contribute to office, common area, and model upkeep and cleaning. • Support the annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and produce weekly market reports. • Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, competition, and market conditions. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and project a positive community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. The role requires regular movement on‑site, climbing ladders or stairs, lifting up to 25 lb, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in various environmental conditions.
