Are you an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? If you're based in North West London, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. Arcus FM is recruiting a skilled and reliable Fabric Specialist to deliver high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of multi‑site clients. As an Arcus Building Fabric Specialist you will work across multiple client sites, ensuring facilities are safe, fully functional and well‑maintained. The mobile role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to showcase expertise in a range of building‑fabric tasks. We are looking for a candidate with hands‑on experience in multiple trades, relevant NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC qualifications, a valid UK driver’s licence and confidence working independently in customer‑facing environments, together with solid knowledge of health and safety standards. Experience in retail or multi‑site maintenance and practical skills in plastering, carpentry, floor and wall coverings, basic plumbing, lock work and general fabric repairs are highly desirable. • Time‑served, hands‑on experience in multiple trades (fabric maintenance) • NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade • Valid UK driver’s licence • Ability to work independently and in customer‑facing environments • Proficiency with handheld IT equipment for work management • Solid knowledge of health and safety standards • Experience in retail or multi‑site maintenance environments (desirable) • Practical skills in patch plastering and rendering • Carpentry and joinery • Floor and wall coverings (tiling, vinyl, etc.) • Basic plumbing
