The haul truck operator role involves driving a 70‑ton truck to transport rock products to processing plants and stockpiles, conducting basic pre‑operation inspections, and supporting production by moving materials efficiently. Candidates must be able to operate or quickly learn haul‑truck equipment, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and possess the physical capability to work in an industrial environment. Reliable work habits, teamwork, adaptability, situational awareness, and the ability to work varied shifts, including overtime up to 10‑12 hours per day, are essential, as is punctuality and reliable transportation. Successful applicants will undergo a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check, with some positions requiring ongoing FMCSA‑regulated testing. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, temperature extremes, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Operate or learn to operate a 70‑ton haul truck to transport rock products. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures. • Capability to perform essential physical tasks in an industrial setting. • Reliable work habits, teamwork, adaptability, and situational awareness. • Flexibility to work various shifts, overtime up to 10‑12 hrs/day, 6 days/week. • Punctuality and reliable transportation.
