About the Role

The Customer Experience Support Specialist represents the customer experience department in all work output and communications, providing administrative support for feedback management platforms, surveys, and related initiatives. This role ensures meaningful insights are gathered from both internal and external customers and contributes to enhancing the overall customer journey. Working on the Customer Experience team, the specialist engages with key stakeholders across the organization, participating in department and cross‑department projects to improve customer interactions. The position involves data management, survey creation, and platform administration while collaborating closely with IT and Operations for data integration. • Coordinate and maintain feedback management/survey platforms (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics, QuestionPro). • Prepare and distribute survey invitations, manage notification lists, and handle new requests. • Monitor and report survey KPIs, optimize recipient lists, and improve response rates. • Support and troubleshoot listing management platforms (Google Business Profile, Birdeye, Apple Business Connect). • Manage user accounts, set permissions, and train new users on customer experience platforms. • Analyze root causes of survey issues and implement corrective actions with stakeholders. • Partner with IT & Operations to ensure accurate data integration across platforms. • Provide tier‑1 support for customer experience queries and issues.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field and have prior experience in customer experience or consumer insights roles. Proficiency with survey programming and feedback management tools, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate, influence, and persuade across the organization are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field (preferred). • Experience in customer experience, consumer insights, or research roles. • Proficiency with survey/feedback management tools and related platforms. • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. • Excellent collaboration, relationship‑building, and influencing skills. • Stable company reputation in the market.
