About the Role
• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation. • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project stages. • Participate in commissioning processes and daily Cx meetings. • Support the scheduler with progress updates. • Coordinate field activities among the General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and client. • Conduct field walks with contractors and subcontractor trades. • Attend field and punch walks with architects and MEP engineering teams. • Support and manage project close‑out documentation. • Ensure QA/QC compliance and report any issues or gaps. • Review technical documentation for accuracy and contract compliance. • Perform engineering QA/QC reviews of design drawings before construction. • Prepare scheduled and ad‑hoc reports on progress, KPIs, and tracking. • Manage the flow of project information through meetings and written communications. • Capture and share knowledge in internal databases. • Identify and communicate quality, safety, health, and environmental issues. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
The firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager MEP/Commissioning to support a global manufacturing client, requiring an engineering background with strong mechanical, electrical or MEP knowledge and experience in owner’s representation. The role is based on‑site in Queen Creek, AZ, and will involve consulting‑oriented delivery of commissioning activities. • Field construction experience, preferably in manufacturing. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination. • Ability to manage client relationships and delegate tasks to technical and non‑technical staff. • Post‑graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience covering design and site work. • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. • Project Management certification (PMP) or related qualification.
