About the Role

The Senior Finance Analyst role oversees FP&A activities, prepares monthly HQ‑level reports, and produces rolling quarterly outlooks and consolidated financial statements. This position also monitors compliance with Johnson Controls’ finance policies, procedures and timelines across the relevant legal entities. • Review cost centers and make appropriate accruals to maintain reasonable P&L fluctuations. • Perform MEC activities and manage variance analysis. • Monitor cost center allocations. • Upload data to HFM Essbase for annual planning and quarterly rolling forecasts. • Prepare and deliver HQ flash and outlook reports on schedule. • Provide detailed actual vs. plan vs. prior year reports to various functions. • Collaborate with functional departments for end‑to‑end finance support, project expense tracking, and month‑end closing. • Analyze actual data trends and perform rolling three‑month variance analysis.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. • Possess experience in financial and management reporting for multinational corporations. • Demonstrate strong command of English and in‑depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP. • Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management. • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus.
