About the Role

The Community Operations Director is a senior leadership role focused on team performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across the community management department. This position does not manage individual properties or HOA portfolios; instead it provides leadership, escalation support, and process oversight for Community Managers and Assistant Directors. • Lead, mentor, and develop Community Management staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews. • Support escalated client, service, and financial issues in partnership with internal departments. • Drive operational improvements and contribute to branch‑level strategic planning and business initiatives. • Enhance client satisfaction and retention via proactive engagement and support. • Oversee completion of client deliverables, dashboards, TownSq tasks, and AP/financial processes. • Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, interview, and onboard CAM team members.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate strong leadership experience managing teams and driving performance. • Possess advanced knowledge of GAAP and community association financial processes. • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); 7–10 years of community management or operational experience; 5–7 years of supervisory experience; HOA industry experience preferred; CMCA, AMS, and CAI M100 certifications preferred.

Benefits

Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $70,000 to $80,000.
