About the Role
In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, leading crews through aerial and underground work. You will develop your team's skill set, uphold the company‑wide safety culture, drive project deadlines, ensure quality outcomes, provide excellent customer service, and coordinate multiple crews on job sites. • Develop team skills in aerial and underground telecom construction. • Lead by example to reinforce the safety culture. • Drive crews to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects. • Provide high‑level customer service during project execution. • Direct multiple crews and manage job site activities. • Maintain daily safety focus and high‑quality workmanship. • Solve complex, hands‑on problems and troubleshoot field issues. • Lead and support construction crews on long‑term telecom projects. • Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, consistently delivers high‑quality work, and excels at solving complex, hands‑on problems. You have experience leading construction crews on long‑term telecom projects, knowledge of coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, and enjoy coaching and troubleshooting in the field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software are required, and relevant MOS codes are a plus. • Possess knowledge of coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to custom software. • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591) advantageous.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $75,000‑$95,000 per year (or prevailing wage where applicable) with a typical schedule of six days a week, 10‑12 hour days, and travel assignments that may last up to two weeks.
