About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II efficiently performs all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and supports the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing the overall maintenance programs. Day‑to‑day duties include performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work, assisting the Service Manager with community tasks, ensuring service requests are completed correctly and promptly, conducting preventative maintenance, responding to emergency calls per policy, supporting resident functions, and participating in the community preservation and preventive maintenance program. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs. • Assist the Service Manager with community tasks and ensure timely completion of service requests. • Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls per company policy. • Support resident functions and participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, self‑starting, and a team player with at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work a flexible, on‑call schedule. • Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience with A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work a flexible, on‑call schedule.
