About the Role

The Information Security and Data Protection Partner serves as a strategic advisor and security champion embedded within the business, guiding teams to meet and exceed information security, data protection, and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and security teams, the role designs, implements, and matures security practices that enable innovation while protecting critical assets across Bosch Building Technologies in North America. • Maintain and improve cloud security practices across North American Building Technologies. • Support secure IT system implementations with cross‑functional teams. • Partner with application owners and IT to keep systems secure and compliant. • Conduct risk assessments and audits, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend enhancements. • Implement data security and privacy policies, procedures, and protocols. • Deliver employee training and awareness on data security, privacy, and compliance. • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and technologies, and apply necessary changes. • Maintain documentation of security policies, incident reports, and audit findings. • Apply strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills to translate technical risks into business insights. • Use risk assessment methodologies, security frameworks, and data encryption technologies. • Support audit processes and produce required documentation. • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
