About the Role
• Ensure personal, crew, and job‑site safety and attend safety and product training. • Review loading dock inventory to confirm crew truck is properly stocked. • Layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mounts, and electrical equipment per plan. • Apply weather sealing to roofing structures and support mechanisms. • Perform thorough project clean‑up of client site and installation vehicle. • Adhere to safety policies, identify and report hazards, and promote safe practices. • Interact courteously with customers and coworkers. • Meet due dates and performance metrics individually and as a team. • Transport materials up to 50 lb frequently, up to 100 lb with assistance. • Work on rooftops of varying angles, climb ladders, and maintain balance. • Perform fine‑motor tasks using hand tools and manipulate small components.

What You Bring
• Prefer prior solar, construction, or military experience; not required. • Operate safely in extreme weather, noisy, hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions. • Work in confined spaces such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces. • Distinguish colors and hear verbal commands and warnings.
