About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collections. The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to walk around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Responsibilities also include cleaning, sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Independently manage multiple storage locations, both indoor and outdoor • Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits • Perform payment reminder and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors • Clean and maintain interior floors and exterior grounds to ensure curb appeal
