About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, delivering courteous and complete waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle complies with the Company’s safety standards and all applicable regulations. Daily vehicle condition reports (VCRs) are completed to address any defects promptly. Key duties include thorough pre- and post‑operation vehicle inspections, following route sheets and maps to service customers, operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste, and interacting courteously with customers and dispatchers. The driver monitors waste for issues, tags unsatisfactory containers, cleans accidental spills, maintains vehicle readiness by cleaning the packer blade and truck body, and completes required productivity and reporting documents. Adherence to productivity standards, safety policies, and participation in the ReSOP program are required, along with exhibiting strong customer service, time management, and a commitment to company policies and safety.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement. The pay range is $23.40 to $32.17 per hour, varying by local jurisdiction.
