What You Bring
Education or experience that prepares you for success includes B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry. These qualifications are required for the role. A background in pump equipment is highly desirable. Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills are a must. The ability to deliver effective presentations and business reviews to management is also required. The role requires physical activities such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors as needed. Transferable skill sets may include experience from roles such as Account Development Manager, Account Executive, Account Manager, Channel Sales Director, Distribution Sales Manager, Outside Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Director, Sales Representative, Marketing Representative, or Sales Manager. Candidates with such backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Base pay ranges from $40,000 to $62,965, with total compensation including a company vehicle and a robust commission plan. Starting pay varies based on location, education, training, and experience.
