About the Role

• Prioritize safety excellence in all tasks. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment. • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plant machinery. • Install, repair, and maintain crushers, conveyors, and screens. • Fabricate, cut, and stick‑weld components as needed. • Lead and plan maintenance, fabrication, and heavy‑repair projects. • Provide flexible availability, including weekend shifts. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match.

What You Bring
