About the Role

As the IT Project Manager at Pike Enterprises, you will ensure successful delivery of corporate strategic and large transformational projects, meeting cost, timeline, and quality targets. The role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing complex technical projects, vendor relationships, and agile practices such as Scrum. You will also lead the transformation of project‑management practices across the organization. In the implementation and integration area, you will lead Oracle and Microsoft projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, and verify that solutions meet business needs. Coordination with Oracle and third‑party vendors will be essential to secure timely and effective service delivery. You will develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and delivering within financial constraints are key responsibilities. Success criteria will be established and communicated throughout the project lifecycle. As the Jira Cloud administrator, you will configure and optimize workflows, permissions, and automations to support technology teams. Responsibilities include maintaining system governance, managing project lists, time‑capture (Tempo), and user administration while adhering to PMO standards and SDLC processes. Collaboration with development, network, and security teams will ensure consistent, high‑quality use of Jira tools. Risk management involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks, as well as creating contingency plans to ensure continuity. You will conduct quality‑assurance reviews and audits to confirm that deliverables align with business requirements and standards. Change‑management strategies will be designed and executed to facilitate adoption of Oracle Field Services, accompanied by end‑user training and support. You will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining open and transparent communication. What You Bring

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and at least five years of IT program‑management experience with an agile focus. Candidates must possess strong Jira expertise, especially in time‑capture management, and the ability to design strategic IT support initiatives aligned with business goals. Familiarity with field‑service operations and relevant certifications such as PMP or Jira are advantageous. Preferred qualifications include experience with Oracle cloud products (Field Services, Fusion HCM, Fusion ERP, CX), Microsoft Dynamics 360, Azure EDW, and Power Apps. A master’s degree, additional years managing operational and project budgets, and a background in systems analysis and high‑level design for complex solutions are also sought. The role requires regular verbal communication, frequent standing, walking, and manual tasks such as handling tools and reaching with hands and arms. The work environment is typical office or administrative settings, with possible exposure to fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation. Core competencies include Jira administration, waterfall methodology, Oracle/Salesforce/Dynamics field services, budget management and forecasting, client focus, project estimation, matrixed work structures, external resource management, IT governance, product and vendor evaluation, and self‑motivation. The successful candidate must be a self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision, is team‑oriented, and follows all company safety rules and policies. • Hold a BS in CS/IT with 5+ years of IT program‑management and agile delivery experience. • Demonstrate strong Jira expertise, particularly in time‑capture management. • Possess relevant certifications such as PMP or Jira (preferred). • Experience with Oracle cloud (Field Services, Fusion) and Microsoft Dynamics/Azure/Power Apps. • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
