About the Role
The Administrative Executive at Cushman & Wakefield provides essential administrative and financial support for facilities management and maintenance contracts, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and timely processing of payment documentation. • Prepare cost estimations and submit them to the Superintending Officer for approval. • Develop financial projections and control budgets and expenditures for contractor works. • Prepare IFM monthly payment claims and final accounts for facilities management and maintenance. • Conduct joint measurements with contractors on works orders and verify correctness against contract rates. • Compile payment claims, payment certificates, work orders, and invoices for timely submission. • Check, certify, and confirm contractor invoices to ensure they match payment certificates and works orders. • Collate and analyze all‑star rates and quotation rates to support future procurement decisions. • Endorse that all payment documents are prepared correctly in accordance with maintenance term contracts. • Take accountability for workplace safety and health standards, fostering a safety culture.

What You Bring
