About the Role
The Operations & Warehouse Assistant supports day‑to‑day office and warehouse operations, working closely with a small team to ensure smooth goods flow, accurate documentation, and timely order dispatch. The role also assists with inventory control, purchasing, production activities, prepares monthly material reports, and liaises with sales and billing teams to verify transportation charges and billing efficiency. • Pick, scan, and dispatch customer orders. • Book consignments with freight carriers such as TNT and DHL. • Place and receipt purchase orders and stock deliveries. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. • Update and maintain office documents and records. • Recycle and manage devices in line with company procedures. • Assist with general operational and administrative duties as required.
