About the Role

The Senior Property Manager (CRE) leads the Property Management staff, oversees a significant portfolio of properties, and serves as the primary liaison for third‑party relationships. • Direct, coordinate, and assume functional responsibility for property management operations. • Lead property management by developing policies, interpreting programs, coordinating information flow, and shaping strategy. • Guide Property Management staff and foster career development for professionals. • Track budget variances and manage the recovery process. • Oversee billing, invoice payment, and fund disbursement. • Monitor cash flow and cash requirements with the Property Manager for efficient use of cash. • Prepare owner reports, annual budgets, and related documents per management agreements. • Ensure prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements. • Interface with third‑party owners to maintain contract compliance and timely reporting. • Resolve tenant‑relation issues to achieve satisfaction. • Conduct regular property inspections with staff. • Supervise construction projects, approve contracts and invoices with the Construction Manager. • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives. • Maintain a customer‑focused approach. • Foster teamwork and collaboration. • Effectively manage teams of employees and vendors.

What You Bring

The role operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment, and requires regular travel between properties in various weather conditions, climbing stairs, and spending up to 85% of the time seated or standing at a workstation. • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Apply problem‑solving and analytical skills. • Demonstrate leadership capabilities. • Exhibit financial acumen. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). • Possess 5+ years of real‑estate property management experience. • Earn CPM, RPA, or CSM designation. • Hold a real‑estate license. • Possess strong knowledge of finance and building operations. • Have proven experience managing, evaluating, developing, and motivating subordinates. • Experience analyzing and negotiating commercial leases or contracts. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $107,100 to $126,000, with competitive pay based on location, experience, and other eligibility factors, and includes a comprehensive benefits package such as health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
