About the Role

The role involves maintaining the building’s mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and residents receive prompt service. • Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and component replacement. • Repair and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets. • Conduct carpentry tasks including door, shelf, countertop, and lock installations. • Execute drywall, plaster repairs, and painting work. • Handle electrical and appliance maintenance, including lighting, wiring, and circuit repairs. • Service and maintain machinery like chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. • Provide exceptional customer service to residents.

What You Bring

We are seeking a maintenance technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem‑solving, and thrives in a team environment within a multi‑unit residential setting. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property (or 3–4 years in lieu of a high school diploma/GED), possess relevant certifications, a valid driver’s license if needed, and demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and accountability. • Possess 1–2 years of experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential maintenance (3–4 years can offset education requirements). • Hold a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience; certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are preferred. • Maintain a valid driver’s license when required by property needs. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, strong communication, attention to detail, and personal accountability. • Availability to work weekends as needed.
