About the Role
• Manage multiple bridge and structures projects for state road and highway initiatives from inception to close‑out. • Lead interdisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑quality results. • Act as primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, negotiating scope changes and securing additional work. • Prepare and deliver written reports, presentations, and briefings for clients and senior personnel. • Develop and implement project execution, health and safety, and QA/QC plans. • Monitor project progress, identify cost overruns or delays, and create corrective action plans. • Promote technical and commercial excellence using Parsons’ quality‑assurance processes. • Participate in Parsons’ Project Management Certification program to enhance leadership capabilities. • Work on transformative infrastructure initiatives that enhance urban communities.

What You Bring
The Bridge & Structures Project Manager role is based in Boston, MA or Hartford, CT and seeks a professional with 15+ years of experience leading bridge and highway infrastructure projects. This position offers the chance to deliver innovative solutions for complex urban projects, drive multibillion‑dollar initiatives, and make a lasting impact on New England communities. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Bring 15+ years of engineering design and project management experience for bridge and structures projects. • Possess comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and Federal/State‑funded bridge project requirements; Connecticut project experience is highly desirable. • Demonstrate strong client‑interface, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
