About the Role
• Perform daily housekeeping, including trash removal from offices and work areas • Clean and maintain restrooms, public spaces, and office interiors • Strip, wax, burnish, and scrub various floor types (hardwood, carpet, ceramic tile) • Operate hand tools, floor sweepers, brooms, and other cleaning machinery • Assist other service personnel with minor facility repairs • Follow all safety procedures, including PJHA and observation processes • Complete accurate time accounting and work‑order documentation • Maintain personal tools and safety apparel, ensuring they are in good condition • Uphold positive relationships with customers and coworkers

What You Bring
Candidates should bring at least two years of janitorial or custodial experience and demonstrate manual dexterity, precise tool control, and effective communication. Benefits
The position offers an hourly wage of $18.50 (range $15.73‑$18.50) with weekly pay on Fridays.
