About the Role

Job Title CLM Administrator. We are seeking a CLM Administrator to own day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and user enablement of our enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Leah. This role sits in Legal Operations and partners closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Administer and manage CLM software components, including access and user permissions. Perform upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshoot issues. Coordinate UAT, releases, and hyper‑care. Partner with IT on integrations and security. Build and deliver training materials that support ongoing adoption of the CLM platform, keeping content accurate and tailored to different personas and business super users. Support ongoing data integrity, governance, and compliance. Manage the super‑user network, CLM intake form, and SharePoint site. Ensure contracts progress appropriately in the process and work hands‑on with end users. • Administer CLM platform access, permissions, and component configurations. • Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues. • Coordinate user acceptance testing, releases, and hyper‑care support. • Collaborate with IT on integrations and security measures. • Create and deliver training materials tailored to various user personas. • Maintain up‑to‑date training content aligned with system enhancements. • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance within the CLM. • Manage super‑user network, intake forms, and SharePoint site resources. • Monitor contract workflow progress and provide hands‑on user support. • Apply basic legal and contracting knowledge with high attention to detail. • Utilize AI tools to enhance CLM processes.

What You Bring

Minimum 2+ years administering an enterprise CLM such as Leah, Ironclad, Agiloft, or DocuSign. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of legal and contracting terms, strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and a results‑oriented, self‑motivated team player. AI skills are also desired. • Possess 2+ years experience with enterprise CLM solutions (e.g., Leah, Ironclad). • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. • Exhibit self‑motivation, results‑orientation, and teamwork capabilities.
