About the Role

The Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician leads a team of service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment, designs solutions to complex problems, manages projects, and provides training and mentorship to both service and contract technicians. • Promote safety by following all procedures. • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and control components. • Manage work orders, tracking labor hours, maintenance, and parts. • Lead preventative maintenance audits and mentor junior technicians. • Foster positive communication across the Operations facility.

What You Bring

The role requires physical tasks such as reaching overhead, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, using aerial lifts, and lifting up to 50 lb, while wearing required personal protective equipment and working in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures. • 4+ years experience with material handling equipment, preventative maintenance, and blueprint reading. • 3+ years experience with CMMS; 2+ years with PLC programming. • Experience leading, training, and mentoring technicians; vendor management. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. • Associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical field and robotic maintenance experience preferred. • Physical ability to lift 50 lb, reach overhead, climb ladders, and work in varying warehouse temperatures while wearing PPE.
