About the Role
The Planner will prepare and plan work packages to ensure successful program delivery, analysing project specifications and drawings, developing and revising construction schedules, and coordinating with designers, engineers and contractors. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring project progress, providing regular updates to management and producing reports that support monthly reporting. • Prepare and maintain the project delivery program requirements. • Update the 4D model with current program information. • Program all authority requirements and attend related meetings. • Advise on the impact of design changes to scheduled activities. • Produce dashboard reports on key trade data for monthly reporting. • Evaluate subcontractor extension‑of‑time claims and assist the Commercial Team. • Attend planning meetings and provide mark‑ups and drawings for program review. • Analyse project specifications and drawings to inform scheduling. • Develop and revise construction schedules in coordination with designers, engineers and contractors. • Monitor project progress and deliver regular updates to management.

What You Bring
We are hiring a Planner to support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), a 50/50 partnership between Downer and CPB Contractors delivering major upgrades to infrastructure in the Albury‑Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka) and RAAF Base Wagga. The role is based at RAAF Base Wagga and requires either residence in the area or willingness to relocate, as well as the ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance. • Hold an Engineering degree and relevant project‑management qualifications. • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of construction, maintenance, and planning/scheduling. • Proficient in Primavera, Microsoft Word, Excel and GIS (I‑View) Mapping. • Understand budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow preparation. • Knowledge of HSEQ issues related to planning. • Ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance and willingness to work at RAAF Base Wagga.
