What You Bring

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician III at Falls Village Resort in Orlando, FL. In this role you will keep the property in top shape by maintaining guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑the‑house areas. If you are a skilled maintenance professional with a passion for top‑notch service, we want to hear from you. • Communicate clearly with engineering leadership • High school diploma or GED required • Minimum three years facilities maintenance experience • Ability to climb stairs, work on ladders up to 40 ft, and lift/push/pull required weights • EPA certification for split‑system units • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
