About the Role
The role involves specialized warehouse duties—including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, forklift operation, fabrication, counter work, and occasional product delivery—plus operating a company vehicle (10,001–26,001 GVW) with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Employees follow clearly prescribed processes, seek supervisor guidance for non‑routine issues, and work under close supervision with limited independent judgment, performing detailed checks and reviews. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, fabricate, and transport goods, including heavy items (50‑300 lb). • Verify items against purchase orders and packing slips; report shortages or damages. • File delivery orders and store supplies/equipment properly. • Operate forklifts and other machinery to complete tasks. • Drive company vehicles for stock pickup or material delivery; act as emergency driver when needed (non‑CDL). • Perform vehicle and supply inspections to ensure road safety. • Prepare and maintain records per company policies.

What You Bring
The work setting is a comfortable warehouse that may expose staff to temperature extremes, moving machinery, noise, fumes, and requires intermittent physical exertion such as lifting, climbing, and maneuvering items up to 300 lb; occasional overnight travel (under 10 %) may occur. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic knowledge of warehouse documentation; the company operates ~500 North American branches, serving 200,000 customers. • Hold a valid state driver’s license. • Understand warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
