Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) - Weekends
Provide personal care and support to senior residents on weekend shifts.

About the Role
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) per resident care plans. • Maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality. • Escort residents to meals and activities. • Ensure residents are clean, appropriately dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts. • Document all services rendered each shift. • Immediately report any change in resident condition to supervisor. • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and using proper body mechanics.

What You Bring
• Hold CNA or Certified Home Health Aide certification. • Possess experience working with elderly, preferably with dementia.
