About the Role

The role supports the Assistant Manager Engineering/Engineering Manager in overseeing mechanical, plumbing and civil maintenance within the Gurugram facility. It includes preparing critical spares lists, implementing a pre‑emptive maintenance programme, and reviewing M&E contractor practices to ensure quality work aligned with manufacturer recommendations. Key duties involve maintaining logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules, managing downtime and breakdowns, arranging ad‑hoc M&E set‑ups as required, and ensuring contractors follow house rules with minimal client inconvenience. The incumbent will also assume AFM responsibilities when needed, conduct daily walk‑arounds, uphold policies and compliance deadlines, and lead the engineering team. The position requires formulating the yearly Environment Management Plan (ESG) and the M&E objectives and Management Plan (BCMS), achieving a 99.5 % timely AHD closure rate, tracking usage of annual maintenance contracts, and following OEM and Infosys shutdown schedules. Daily inspections of logbooks, history cards, escalation charts and PPM schedules support effective engineering system management. Records and reporting responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on consumption, work schedules, water dashboards, stock, statutory compliance and field services, and maintaining up‑to‑date logs, history cards and incident reports.
