About the Role

The successful candidate will manage and lead multi‑discipline project teams across water treatment, pumping systems, and large‑diameter conveyance projects. They will set a growth vision for the practice, operate with integrity, develop business strategy, establish goals, and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring staff. • Manage, lead, and expand practice teams for multi‑discipline water/wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and large‑diameter conveyance projects. • Create and execute a vision for growth of the local water resource practice. • Provide vision, business planning, and strategic direction. • Establish goals and build/maintain positive client relationships. • Grow and lead the Water/Wastewater and Utilities practice. • Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, and mentor staff as a positive leader.

What You Bring

Qualified applicants bring at least eight years of civil engineering, design, and management experience on utility water projects, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a track record of winning work and managing projects profitably. Exceptional communication, leadership, and technical skills, along with the ability to mentor teams and engage clients, are essential. • Communicate openly with partners and team members. • 8+ years civil engineering, design, and management experience in utility water projects; registered Professional Engineer (PE) license; strong client contacts; proven business development and communication skills.
