About the Role
Job Summary: The Leasing Manager is directly responsible for all marketing and leasing activities that take place inside the branch rental division. • Place lockbox on property after notice to vacate and before marketing. • Conduct market analysis of comparable rentals and communicate pricing to owners/clients. • Provide weekly email updates to owners/clients on showing activity and price reductions. • Perform property walks after tenant notice to vacate and share findings with management and maintenance. • Pre‑qualify tenants via phone and property showings. • Communicate with co‑brokers showing and leasing company‑managed properties. • Handle tenant underwriting and application processing. • Create leases and deliver them to applicants for signature. • Manage lease renewal process, including pricing adjustments and coordination with management and owners. • Communicate regularly with and support branch operations. • Complete special projects and other assigned tasks.

What You Bring
• Possess 2–3 years of real‑estate leasing experience. • Hold a valid real‑estate license. • Preferable background in single‑family residential management. • Ability to multitask and prioritize critical items moment‑to‑moment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with property‑management software. • High school diploma required.
