About the Role
This role is responsible for providing Business Partnering support to our NSW locations for our Operational teams with HR generalist operation activities. The Position reports to a supportive HR Manager and working within a greater HR professional team. We are keen to have the right fit to contribute to the development and support in assisting in the implementation of HR strategies. • Provide HR business partnering support to NSW operational teams. • Manage HR generalist activities and assist with HR strategy implementation. • Interpret EA Industrial Instruments for blue‑collar operational environments. • Conduct employee relations case management and investigations. • Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, workers' compensation and anti‑discrimination legislation.

What You Bring
About you: Minimum 3 years’ experience with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. Experience in supporting operational management with the interpretation of EA Industrial Instruments and a proven background within a blue‑collar/operational environment. Exposure to employee relations case management and investigations. Sound knowledge of contemporary HR principles and relevant legislation such as the Fair Work Act, workers' compensation and anti‑discrimination laws. Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously, be proactive and collaborate within a team. • Communicate effectively, work autonomously and collaborate within a team. • Hold minimum 3 years HR experience with tertiary qualifications. • Travel to other NSW sites; based in Auburn with train access and free parking.
